INGREDIENTS:
1 avocado
1 ripe banana
4 tablespoons sweet condensed milk
1½ tablespoons cocoa powder
2 glass low fat milk
INSTRUCTIONS :
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in chilled glasses topped with vanilla ice cream or with your favorite toppings.
